No, training is catered for at home and those with a gym or some equipment access. Regardless of equipment, you will still see a result!

There will never be a perfect time to start and there will always be something over an 8 week period. We will work around whatever time off is planned to ensure you can still enjoy it but also see progress with the programme

NO! Everything is catered to you individually so if you have zero lifting experience then don't worry, I will educate you and support you through the process!

Nope, if you're more of a loan wolf and want to do your own thing outside of the group chat then that's fine. Being in the group is recommended but not mandatory!

Ultimately - your speed of progress is relative to your ability to trust the process, stick to the plan and keep moving forwards. Average weight loss on the last intake was 8kgs per person!
