  • No, training is catered for at home and those with a gym or some equipment access. Regardless of equipment, you will still see a result!

  • There will never be a perfect time to start and there will getting in the way - the joys of adulting. We will work around whatever time off is planned to ensure you can still enjoy it but also see progress with the programme

  • NO! Everything is catered to you individually so if you have zero lifting experience then don't worry, I will educate you and support you through the process!

  • Nope, all progress photos, conversations and challenges are confidential and private between you and I. Nothing is shared without your prior consent.

  • Yep, I have recipes, meal plans and guidance for all types of diet or nutrition choices!

  • Ultimately - your speed of progress is relative to your ability to trust the process, stick to the plan and keep moving forwards.
