We start with the goal and work backwards. Whether it be to complete a triathlon or to win a Strongman title, there needs to be a destination before we can plan the road map.

Once we have that we will look at your lifestyle, your time committed to other things, fitting it in around your job, family, social life - after all, the best programme is the one that you can stick to so unrealistic training volume just doesn’t work.

From there I devise a draft plan for you onto your own personal phone app to review, give feedback and tweak before we then set the wheels in motion.

Together we will create a blueprint you understand, a journey you enjoy and results you will treasure forever.
