I see so much coaching that is more the equivalent of a lifeguard, just reading reps and sets whilst making sure you don’t drown…

For me - it’s about teaching you, it’s about you understanding the WHY.

From new ways of thinking about your squat to finding the right way of deadlifting for your limb length, everything is custom to you.

Competence and consistency creates confidence and that’s what we will do with me stood beside you taking you through each and every rep and set.

Fitness/Conditioning

Whether you want to run an Ironman or compete as a Strongman your engine matters.

Ability to perform, ability to recover, ability to go again.

Your fitness plays a role. Gone are the days where 5 reps were considered cardio.

A personalised fitness/conditioning plan will be incorporated into your sessions and in some cases provided as homework to do out of the gym too.

Be fit, be prepared, be ready for anything.

Nutrition Support

You don’t have to live like a monk to still see change

Life is about balance. It’s about having what you enjoy, mixed with what you need.

If you are in the depths of competition prep there will be sacrifices and restrictions. However, day to day our training and performance goals should be holistically rounded to how we enjoy living.

We will work together to develop a nutrition strategy that suits your lifestyle, your goals and you commitment to speed of change.

Mindset/Reflection

Self reflection is crucial and embedded in the process.

What have I done well? What can I do better?

Finding areas to improve, develop and tweak an extra 1% from.

Building upon your strengths, developing your foundations, finding marginal gains.

We do not learn from experience - we learn from reflection of that experience.

You will be expected to review your progress weekly.

Results/Progress

I believe in walking the walk not just talking the talk. I have been in the competitive arena, I know what it takes to win, I know how it feels to lose.

No-one can promise a result, especially in a competitive environment but I can promise the best chance of success.

Progress, improvement, personal development - these are all things that can be promised if you invest in the process with me.

Goals that we set will be realistic and achievable even if you don’t believe in them to begin with.
